I believe that the Democratic Party is the party that promotes the economic agenda most helpful to the working class, and I hope that they always stay that way. But working class voters don't seem to be anymore faithful to the party than upper middle-class "elitists." Other than the very poor and the very rich, Americans in general seem to be "swing" voters. Democrats can't win if they neglect the working class but they can't win without those damn "librul elitists", either...
