Someone is going to lose the Democratic primary

that's right, one of the two will lose. What are we going to do with the % of us who are now standing firmly behind a loser?

Are we just going to implode or explode and lash out and blame someone or something for the loss or are we going to take it like grownups (and just get depressed for awhile)?

Are we going to step up to the plate, swallow our self righteous pride and back the nominee or are we going to lay down on the floor and curse while screaming hysterically about the injustice of it all and vow never to vote for that candidate.

Someone is going to lose and we'll deal with it, life will go on after the primaries. Maybe we should try a little harder not to alienate each other now.

3. This is really the most important question at this time...

John Rothman, KGO--San Francisco--is asking this one on his show tonight(Fri). He has been discussing, with some really informed callers, exactly this. What happens if despite the number of popular vote counts, one candidate is chosen by the SD because they appear to be the one candidate who can defeat McCain.

Will the electorate go along with this line of thought, or will the supporters riot in the convention and split the party in two as it appears at this time? Will half of the convention walk out?

Some uncomfortable times just ahead for us all.

Do you know if the station rebroadcasts on the web? I'm overseas so there's no chance of getting it via radio.

The interesting thing about that is, that scenario is possible both ways (though less likely if Obama wins the pledged delegates because he will likely win the popular vote).

There is a good chance the party will be split in half. Then again, maybe that's from reading this forum too much.

talk about bad losers. I have strong feelings about both of the nominees (some good and some downright hateful at times) but I am not so proud or stupid that I would follow my emotions into 4-8 years of another republican monarchy.

10. I've been pretty clear about the fact that I never liked Hillary but will vote for her in November.

I never liked her before and I pretty much hate her now but you know what? I'd shove a poisonous centipede into my urethra before I voted for McCain over her. Hell, by October you will think I've been her biggest fan for years. But right now I want Obama to be the nominee and to me, he's earned it.
