If HRC and Obama aren't hinting at April $$ - F**k em; make a guess here and start your own rumor
Every month we have a pretty good idea what was happening by the last day of the month.

This time nothing. There are not even any rumors. Google it and you will end up getting DU threads.

No one else in the Media is even talking about it.

So its left to us. We have to do it. I mean they get us hooked on it every month like the season ending episode on a hit show.

Screw em. If they aren't going to satisfy our wunderlust for campaign trivia we will simply make it up.

Put down what you think Obama and Clinton are going to report for April, give a conspiratorial answer why they are sitting on it and start your own rumor. If you can site a source or make up a fabricated press release all the better. We will teach these candidates to toy with our obsession.

Its a dirty job but somebody has to do it. No one is better at starting a completely unsubstantiated rumor than us. The poster who gets closest will be acclaimed by all. If some other blog or media outlet picks it up you get bonus points.

If we work really hard maybe Russert will get to it on MTP or Georgie can ask Clinton tomorrow.

2. Well...
I heard that Clinton raised $22 mil and Obama raised $30.

Obama won't release his number until after Clinton does, and Clinton won't because if she supposedly raised 10 mil in one day, that means she made less than McCain for the rest of the month.

Hows that?

6. I'll bite...
I'm going to guess $32 m for Obama and $18m for Clinton. Pure gut instinct, tempered by consideration of voter exhaustion and a slight bounce for Hillary thanks to PA. I don't really believe her $10 million in one day claim though.

Why the media silence...not sure. If numbers are deteriorating for them both, neither would want to say so, especially not to say so first. Then again they may be holding back for control of media narrative by releasing data on Monday.

9. this is not partial just some fun--- or have you become so overcome by bitterness
that is no longer an option

Every month we have been teased with all of the reports about money and both campaigns have played that game and gotten us interested.

Now all of a sudden no one says anything and no one in the media is even wondering why neither campaign has all of a sudden become so secretive.

So rather than have a boring "why don't they tell us what they are doing thread" which I have been doing every day why don't we have a "start a rumor thread".

Do you really think that anyone will take it seriously when you come out and actually invite people to make a guess? lol

that the guy who wrote the 3 billion dollar check made it out to cash to obama campaign. so obama has taken in 3 quadrillion dollars and hillary has taken in 30 million dollars, minus 10 million dollars in iou's to small business owners and school boards.

for Clinton she may have a problem with a low number because they said she raised $ 10 million on one day

One more obvious lie from the campaign would be difficult.

33. Well, my sources say..
that their cousin's uncle's brother's aunt's sister worked at one of the Clinton's campaign offices and she heard Terry Mcallitoff say that they were on pace to raise $10million a day til the end of the campaign, so I predict HRC will announce $60million. The same source says white working class voters don't like Obama, and certain polls say they don't like Obama, but others say he's not doing so bad with them, so I expect his fundraising to be a bit hindered this month amid all the confusion if good ole boys dig him or not, and he'll be lucky to report $25million, thus proving him unelectable, if you count the popular vote in MI, FL, and Guam.
