9. BWAHHHHHH the Hillary being outspent meme reminds me the ALQUEDA #2 story
How many times can the Bush bots kill off ALQUEDAS number 2? She keeps being outspent because not as many people have given her money. When she was way up by donations she thought that was awesome. SHe was so complacent, she has only herself to blame. WAHHHHHH and I havent given a dime to OBAMA.

18. Well I have. (It took me a long time but I finally did)
I like the idea of being part of a group of 1.5 million donors. It makes me feel all warm and fuzzy.

:)

10. If he has so much money, why can't he seal the deal?
It's embarrassing as a Democrat when I have to explain to my Republican acquaintances why we have candidates in our party who, no matter how many advantages they have, can't get a grip on the nomination. Obama has serious problems.

17. yeah his serious problem is that he started this last year
with very little name recognition, and a few financial backers.
he started a grassroots movement that is something that has never been seen before. anywhere.
He's brought in more money, from more donors than anyone.
He's managed his campaign very successfully both financially and personnel...
he is eclipsing the most famous woman in America...

I think that's a pretty admiral feat.

19. For the same reason Hillary can't win the nomination. MATH.
Duh. Hillary's not gonna drop out, so we just have to be patient and wait for enough Supers to endorse and for the primaries to end.

Most of the undeclared Supers at this point have actually decided. They are simply waiting for the right time, and that time will almost certainly be shortly after May 20 for many of them (when Obama has gained over half the pledged delegates). For most of the rest, it'll be after June 3.

So this time around we don't get an early nominee with the other candidate dropping out. Oh WELL. It's nothing bad about Obama, it just reflects the fact that Hillary is a very popular choice as well.

21. here is a little hint...
don't talk to republicans. Don't listen to them, and get to work to eliminate as many of them from elected office as you can.

22. The better question is why couldn't she seal the deal on Super Tuesday, and
why didn't she have a plan B? She thought she was inevitable, and guess what? She's not!

24. Yeah, such serious problems when he's coming out of nowhere
to take on the most powerful Democratic machine in the last 40 years, which started with 100 supers in the bag, a seemingly bottomless war chest, all headed by a candidate who is a household name even in households that don't give a crap about politics - why would he ever have any trouble overcoming that?

The real question is, Why didn't Hillary shut him down two months ago? She's the one with serious problems.

26. seal the deal meme is getting stale
FWICT the reason Obama hasn't sealed the deal is because he is conducting a clean campaign. He could drag out Monica and a legion of other scandals that McCaca/Rove would surely raise. Not to mention the amazing Clenis ("who can contain it?").

But he hasn't done that, because in order to unify the party for the GE, he doesn't want to tread too harshly in deference to the Hilbots. The Dems down-ticket are still gonna need the old ladies and others from the Clinton kool-aid ranks.

Barack's abiding by Marquis de Queensbury rules and she keeps kicking him in the nuts. He has shown a lot of forebearance and dignity, not to be confused with weakness.

25. It's very sad to see what's happened to a former Edwards supporter.
The kool-aide must be powerful stuff indeed to cause someone to post something like this.

Finally, after seeing this, I am going to have to put the Squirrel on ignore because I don't enjoy being saddened like this.

27. Sorry Seabiscuit. I actually considered puttin' you on ignore too but I won't.
I'll be clearing out my ignore list when the contest is over and we have a nominee. I can hardly wait. I have ignored many DU'ers I'd rather not have had to ignore. (And some who deserved it of course.)

And obviously I would still choose Edwards if I could.
