this obama supporter was impressed with Hillary's speech
tonight.

I thought she did a really good job, and I think the speech played to her strengths real well.

1. It was a good measured tone without direct attacks
outlining her agenda and asking for Indiana's votes

3. In the past week, her campaign has toned down the attacks on Obama..... is this a signal?

I think she may be realizing that the writing is on the wall.

4. It proved to me that she truly listened to the voters in Indiana.
In my experience in the state, the major concern of voters is the economy, jobs, jobs, jobs, gas prices, etc.

She really hammered that theme home.

10. Hillary was tired; I could not wait for her to finish and
Those big, sagging, jaws of hers, she looks like a squirrel with its jaws filled with nuts.

13. Well, I believe that she ripped of some of Obama line......
Now it is our White House, we can go there together, etc...

Stuff that was never in her speech before. Retooled to take the applause line from Obama's speeches and retool them for herself.

But then, that's politics, I suppose. Words you can zerox, or however that goes. :eyes:

15. I didn't see it but I appreciate your giving her some kudos.
They both come across so much better than they are portrayed here.

16. I noticed that she changed pace.
She was not loud or shrill. I thought it was best speech so far. That is the style that best suits her.
