*If Obama wins both NC and Indiana will the masses here concede that it is over. That we have our candidate and it is now time for us to become a family again (although dysfunctional).

If he wins, will we all purge our ignore lists, stop the attacks amongst ourselves and begin to target Grand Pa Moses.

Will we all put away the photochops of our party and begin the creative juices in making photoshop the tool to expose the Repugs for what they are.

Will we write great posts about how we are going to change this country.

*If he wins, will we do this?

1. No.
He could win both by thirty points.

She will not relent.

2. There will be some Hillary hangers-on.... but most will leave or be tombstoned after they attack our
nominee.

3. *crickets*
Don't expect too much. If God himself came down on a cloud and declared Obama the victor, I believe Hillary and her bots would still try to take this to the convention, if for no other reason than SPITE.

4. 1) he isn't expected to win both
2) he isn't going to win both
3) he doesn't need to win *either* of them to maintain a solid lead in pledged delegates

11. He isn't? I thought he was? Isn't the theme that he wins IL border states, and
the massive number of AA votes in NC will push him over the top with a wide margin there as well?

That's been the themes I've been hearing. Over and over and over again.

HERE, anyway. Outside this echo chamber there are divergent opinions.

18. only two groups seem to think that:
a small, excessively optimistic subset of obama "supporters," and a group of wannabe-devious-political-operatives-for-hillary trying to rewrite the past to change her perceived margin for victory

10. The numbers haven't mattered to you in a month.... the numbers already show it is over....

...what would an additional set of numbers.... numbers that will lead intelligent people to the same conclusion we've had since Wisconsin... do for you that the old numbers didn't?

"Numbers" don't matter to Hillary or her supporters. They're math-challenged.

If she lost both states by 30, they'd find SOME rationale for staying in the race.

13. Only one number matters. If Obama hits that number he has my vote in the general.
Until then, if that ever comes to pass, let the joust continue.

Wow, such bitterness. If he's got it in the bag, why aren't you buying beers for everyone, instead of carping about numbers?

8. Charlton Heston's "Cold Dead Fingers" line comes to mind...
It won't be over till Obama has the required total and Hillary has checked 3 times a week with every Supe in the pool. Even then it might not be over. So no...definitely not.

14. Depends on the margin
If it's close, Hillary could still go nuclear and come out on top. But this is strictly hypothetical - I believe she will win Indiana and pretty much tie in NC.
