From NC-ABC Affiliate...Hillary going back to Indiana and Obama to stay overnight in NC...
Edited on Mon May-05-08 06:04 PM by KoKo01
Given the "source" a rumor to make it seem Obama's in trouble. I know the idiot pollsters say "race is tightening in NC" ....so I'm glad to hear that Obama will spend more time.. . But, given the way the MSM is ...I wonder if it isn't some "ploy/propaganda" to make it seem Obama has to stay ...but Hillary is confident enough to go on.

It's ABC Affiliate...so I assume it's a lie...but this is why we need MEDIA REFORM...because there are lots of NC'linians who might not spend much time on Liberal Blogs to get the truth who might see this and in a very close election it could sway their votes.

4. Ding-ding-ding! You celebrate where you WIN ...
He expects NC to come through, maybe not so in Indiana.

2. I'm Thinking Both Want To Be In The State Where They Have The Best Chance Of Winning......
this way they could make the 10 o'clock news with victory speeches.

3. That would make too much sense to be the reason
Sometimes the "experts" try to find nuggets that don't exist.

6. Personally, I think they want to spend the day where they have a better chance of winning
They like to give victory speeches either in the next state coming up or the state they think they might win.

7. Obama has a big rally with Stevie Wonder in Indianapolis tonight, so I doubt he is in NC
Edited on Mon May-05-08 06:47 PM by MoJoWorkin
He was in Durham, NC earlier today. Michelle ( who was also in NC today) is to be back in Gary, IN tonight.

I don't know where they plan to be tomorrow.

10. Right, perhaps he'll head back to NC tomorrow, which makes sense.
If he somehow pulled off a win here in IN, it would be SOOOOOOOOOOO nice to have his victory speech here. I can dream...

12. It looks like local IN tv may be planning to cover it. So far I haven't seen anything on CNN.com
Edited on Mon May-05-08 06:56 PM by MoJoWorkin
At least these locals are indicating that they will:

http://www.wthr.com

I would check back on CNN, WISH and WTHR frequently for updates.

16. If I were him I would just skip on over to Oregon.
He doesn't have a chance in hell in WV and he can seal the deal with a big win in Oregon.

24. Shit load of undecideds in WV.
Furthermore, it's not winner take all.

Furthermore, he's already one the nomination. So he might as well start his 50 state strategy.

20. I'm not sure that anyone is giving away Indiana to Hillary.
Both of them worked the state very hard today.

If one of them left for Oregon or West Virginia, that would be far more meaningful.

In the past, the candidate sticks around in the state where they know they have the win clinched to give their victory speech. Considering what you're saying, it seems that both candidates have decided to stay in the state where they are favored to win.

22. You will know HIllary is sweeping tomorrow, if...
there is a sudden change of plans on both Obama's part and Clinton's part. If Clinton heads for North Carolina in the middle of the day, after the first wave of exits are available and if Obama suddenly decides to take a long flight back to Chicago, then you'll know that what I am predicting has come true. Hillary sweeps, dramatically changing the psychology of the race!!!
