Are you smarter than me?
Ok. I am willing to accept the fact that you are. But why should I believe you? Do you make more money than me, I doubt it. Do you have a better/stronger family than I, I doubt that too. Do you have a bigger house; more land? Better kids? Are you more giving of your time? Do you understand the country and it's issues more so than I? Ok again...so you think. So why am I and, as the nomination draws near, others who back our potential nominee to made to feel as if we are just suckers. Too stupid or naive to understand or see the big picture? They are too good to be true. They clearly have the experience...the ideas....the correct intentions...They have exactly what this country needs. They seem sincere, but it cannot be true because they associated with the wrong person or exaggerated a trip over the last 2 decades. We see someone whom we feel is the best candidate, yet we are sniped for having delusions of grandeur and are therefore less able to make an reasonable decision. Let's get a couple of things straight right now. John McCain is not even in the game. He gets no coverage because he is not worthy of coverage. He is not a blip on the ballot. We are competing against ourselves. This country is so fucked up that even the GOP says enough is enough. ALL have come to the realization that it is time to place country before party. We need to work the phone banks and pass out the fliers regardless of the nominee with -D trailing their name. We better fucking' understand the importance of this election. To think that one would sit out or vote with vindictive accord is beyond the pale and not worthy of consideration. You want to call others' words hateful. Try those actions. Treasonous without doubt. This country and its people depend on us this November. If we do not pull together for the common good, we will surely be fucked. And more importantly for many of us, our children will be doubly fucked. Enough is enough. Time to unite. Peace.

1. get a whip
If Clinton is permitted to usurp the nomination despite the clear voice of the Democratic base, then there will be HELL to pay.

You'll need a whip, at least... or something a damn sight tougher than pleas for unity and fear-mongering.

Am I smarter than you? Do I have more money or more land? A better family?

you "doubt" it?

Dude... are you a Democrat? What kind of fucking values are these?

2. My personal reference(s) was not reality -
It was a shot at those that look down their noses at the reality of my candidate's ability to rally, speak and move the people. Regardless however, a democrat needs to be supported. My personal choice is Barack Obama. I am sorry that you feel that there is one choice and if that choice is not the nominee, the wrath of hell should be invoked. I wish you luck. I know personally how well that worked out for us during the 2000 and 2004 elections. Trust me I also know the importance and significance of the nomination and am doing my part to ensure that nomination. I just will not be told that I am somehow not suitable to decide for myself or my family or this country based on a my ability to listen and HEAR both candidates. Don't judge me is the point.

12. not "should be" but WILL BE
I'm gunshy and trigger happy... evidentally I didn't "get" your post.

I've been voting against Republicans and FOR the "lesser of evils" for 35 years.

Clinton is lying and taking money from the War Profiteers... the MSM is owned by War Profiteers... they want HER... we must NOT let them have her.

I'm only mildly FOR Obama... but he has this ONE BIG VIRTUE

It's the PAC domination of our electoral process that is killing us... it's the root cause of ALL our issues... this END RUN around that evil symbiosis, via the internet, is, quite possibly, our LAST CHANCE at beginning to restore representative government in America. LAST CHANCE to nip the neocon juggernaut in the bud. LAST CHANCE to slow their progress toward Global Corporate Dominion. LAST CHANCE, because they are going to do to the internet what they have done to Cable Television.

Hitler's thousand year Reich was a modest goal compared to what these fuckers have in mind.

This isn't about a preference between Democrats anymore.

It ain't abour Race, Gender or Religion.

This is the same shell game that's been going on since the early sixties.

If you want to end the War... and the mindset that led us to war... you have two choices... the first one is Obama.

Velvet Revolution..... OR?

11. Could you provide me a link to Hillary's version?
Not what she says on her campaign website, but the proposed legislation she has written and introduced into congress, the one with all the right detail and all the right language that will make it work.

I'd like to read her plan, in the form of the legislation she has actually authored and introduced. A bill number would help, if it is as you say "a good plan" then I'd need to have a bill number to encourage my congress critters to support it.

How many folks has she got supporting her proposed legislation? Any co-sponsors yet?

Give us more than her promises and pandering, give us specifics. Memorial Day is a few weeks away, the holidays will be upon us.
