Superdelegate recap, please.
i've been out of the loop and lost track - some posts here say that there is now only a 15 difference and more are coming onboard to Obama.

DemconWatch has the details here http://demconwatch.blogspot.com/2008/03/ultimate-delegate-summary.html

Over the next week the following add ons are expected

Utah 1 5/9/2008 Elected by a quorum of district level delegates during the State Convention
Massachusetts 2 5/10/2008 Elected by the State Party Committee
Ohio 2 5/10/2008 Selected by the State Executive Committee
Colorado 1 5/17/2008 Selected during the State Convention
Kansas 1 5/17/2008 Selected during the State Convention

Based on their state's primary votes you would expect them to be split 4-4

8. Their tracking chart shows the weekly tracking on every Sunday
The last line I added is their record as of today. As of today, Clinton has 269.5 and Obama has 254, for a difference of 15.5.

12. According to whom?
Did you just make that up, or did you find it somewhere? I don't see it on the DemConWatch site.

14. I "made up" that 269.5 - 254 = 15.5
Here is the link showing the weekly tracking record:
http://demconwatch.blogspot.com/2008/02/superdelegate-history-tracker.html

If you look to the left, you will note the daily totals, which are 269.5 for Clinton and 254 for Obama. The math showing the difference was fairly simple.

9. Lot of half delegates in the US territories
The one in Clinton's column is a super delegate from Democrats abroad. The eight pledged delegates in Guam are each worth one half, and Clinton and Obama split them evenly for a result of 2 to 2. OTOH the super delegates from Guam are worth one full vote each. As someone said in another thread, having half delegates just means they get to send more people to the convention to party.
