Won't it be too close for any decision?
I mean, really-if Obama wins, I still don't think HC will depart, and vce-versa. Move on, nothing to see here!

1. Depends on what "close" means.
Because the race for the nomination is over, and it ain't close at all.

If things go as expected, Clinton by some in IN, Obama by more in NC. It's not going to tell anybody anything they didn't already know. There will be more undeclared SDs then there are remaining PD's, and they'll be coming out fast and furious for Obama.

Clinton won't depart tomorrow. But Obama will get 2025 soon enough. Clinton's already moving goal posts to 2208.

2. If Hillary loses both IN and NC, I think she will end her campaign.
The SD's would flood to Obama and embarrass her out. She can bow gracefully tonight, if it's a two-fer loss, and give a concession/unity speech of historic proportions.

6. But I don't see her as a giving up kind of gal-no way!
She is driven! They'll have to peel her from the podium!

3. Essentially true
If Obama wins both states it MAY put more pressure on Clinton to drop out but she probaby won't. If she wins Indiana she will for sure stay in.

4. That Pretty Much Sums It Up...
If Obama wins big in NC (+12 or so) and close in IN (+ <1), then Obama would have no reason to leave and Hillary would be too stubborn to.

You're right: no real change here.

All about the horse race, kids!

Giddyup. :hangover:

5. I think we all need to hope for the best and prepare for the worst
When is the convention? In June? We have a ways to go people... got beer?

7. I don't think either will be leaving the stage in the next few days.
I expect Obama to do well in NC and Hillary to do well enough in IN. The ball will keep rolling and neither will suspend their campaign.

The media will have a happy dance and continue to pick the edges of both candidates campaigns looking for loose threads.

SSDD. Wash, rinse, repeat.
