If Indiana's polls dont start closing for another 45 minutes, why is CNN/MSNBC...

If Indiana's polls dont start closing for another 45 minutes, why is CNN/MSNBC...
.....already starting to show Indiana vote counts on the bottom of their screen?

I thought they werent supposed to do that anymore?

6. That would not be following the normal pattern...
of starting Obama out with great numbers and then letting Hillary catch up throughout the night so it looks like she's made this GREAT comeback.

4. Polls are closed in the eastern part of the state
Polls close at 6 in Indiana in the respective time zone. So the polls in the part of the state that's in Eastern Standard Time are closed. The networks will not call the state before all polls are closed, but they will start reporting results as they come in.

although we've seen that before (Fla in 200 for one).
