If I can't vote with both, I'll at least vote with my head.

I'll support the nominee no matter what, because any potential Democrat this year is better than anything the Republicans are offering.

I don't know either candidate, Hillary or Obama, I don't know them well enough to vote based on their personality or character. I might think I know that, but I don't know that. Thus, I vote for them based on their positions, their ability to get elected to implement their positions and finally, my judgement that they mean what they say.

That's really all I've got. I'm consumed by emotion over candidates from time to time, but most times, I have not been, and yet, the shrewdest choice was the Democrat in all those cases.

So there you go. I won't patronize Hillary supporters with calls for unity, I will just say that if you don't vote for the Democrat, please don't claim to be pro-choice, pro civil rights, pro economic rights, in favor of ending the war in Iraq, in favor of stopping patronage government, etc. etc. Because if you won't vote against those things based on something less, then your values are the lesser things in making your political decisions.

And Obama supporters who will not likely have to face this dilemma, the same goes for us.
