Alan Keys Received 3% Of The Republican Vote In North Carolina
Edited on Thu May-08-08 05:48 AM by aaaaaa5a
The Rachel Maddow Show reported that Alan Keys received 3% of the Republican vote. What does that mean? Was his vote written in?

And yes it must be said....

"Since the overwhelming majority of African Americans were voting for Obama, it must have been white conservative Republicans voting for him"

For some reason I think that is an interesting story. And I have not seen it reported anywhere except for her show. Then again, maybe that's why (in my view) Rachel is the best!

One other note... In North Carolina and Indiana, Huckabee, Paul and apparently Alan keys received about 25% of the Republican vote.

1. Alan Keys is a foot note to a foot note
The only thing of significance I can see here is McCain has got problems.

But who cares if McCain has problems, he will not win the election in November anyway.

2. yes I heard that too
and Keyes didn't win the wingnut Constitution Party's nomination, either, as if it would've mattered anyways. That quarter or so percentage of Republicans that voted against McCain were just trying to protest his already decided nomination and/or were trying to make a statement.

6. Keys, Huckabee and Ron Paul were on the NC Repub ballot
and among them got 25% of the Repub votes cast. So it isn't a love fest for McSame yet.
