Ok sorry, just wanted to get your attention: lol It serves the interests of the clinton campaign to have "Buchanan arguing with sharpton" on the 'hard working, white americans'issue, whether her intentions are "good" or "ill", because that IN AND OF ITSELF IS TALK AWAY FROM THE CURRENT MATH. If you're supporting obama please don't help propagate this argument here, It's something that he HAS been addressing and will continue to make improvements upon to win this election, despite some of the obstacles (whether they be inherent or self-induced) Instead I'd urge you to call your super delegates and register your opinion on this tone.
For clinton supporters, it's your right to continue to support her for as long as you wish, or even after the nomination. I would only ask that you continue a process of self-inquiry as the situation and probabilities change. As senator clinton said she wanted to 'begin a conversation with the american people', but I would argue that you to begin a conversation with yourself (unless you've already have been doing this)
1.)What it is you desire for this country? 2.)What are you willing to risk in order to get it? 3.)Is there at least a possibility and time when you may be willing to "unite" with others (on the democratic side) even if it's not your first choice (I can say that I would for either candidate and you don't have to believe that if you don't want to)? Now if this appears self serving to you, then you have every right to assume that (and it is an assumption on your part) my question is, ask yourself what serves YOU(which doesn't necessarily mean that it can't also help others) and what is the most that you are willing to risk given what you're willing to accept(I'm sure that can go for either religious, economic or even abstract principles based upon your what you value). I can only say that I've tried to keep asking those questions to myself constantly. I just ask you to do the same, maybe the "answer" will change maybe it won't but as MLK once said, "The highest form of maturity is self inquiry".
Please keep this kicked and rec'd if you think this post can help remind others of the state of this race and what we should think about.
