Since Obama seems to defer to older men, will he even put up a fight against McCain?
Will he and his supporters just asked him to step aside because of his age and frail condition or will he outsource the fight to others.

9. Ah, so "seems to defer to older men" really means "didn't defer to his pastor"
Thanks for the clarification! I forgot the hillary camp is still out there with their nonsense.

so your question doesn't make sense to me.

14. Presidential candidate SHOULDN'T be the attack dog - Dem PARTY will be.
Edited on Thu May-08-08 11:09 AM by blm
Something that past Dem party leaders refused to do for both Gore and Kerry.

Now, the DNC is run by someone OTHER THAN a Clinton loyalist and it is being run for ALL Democrats and WILL take up the battles necessary to assure victory for the PARTY.

17. What Obama has been deferring to is an older woman.
I think we're going to see a very different, much more aggressive person when he gets to turn his guns completely on McCain. He's intelligent enough to realize he can't win if he does what Kerry did. I think we're going to find out exactly how tough he really is.

22. You don't want to clobber a war hero -- you want to condemn his policies
You don't want someone to throw a kitchen sink at an old war hero. You want someone to express respect for their service and then express great disappointment at how on earth they could now support torture and the miserable treatment of our veterans that the Republicans have engaged in.

Voters like it. But Obama knows how to fight without losing his dignity, unlike some others.
