My Hillary Clinton Drop-Out Prediction
With the flood of Superdelegates everyday now, and the article about Obama having the word of enough SDs to win him the nomination...I predict that if Hillary Clinton does worse than expected in West Virginia (like only winning by 10 points of something) and the flood keeps coming out...I don't think this will go to June. The Obama campaign is engineering a slow death by bringing them out one-by-one instead of en masse. I don't think the Obama campaign wants this to go to June...they are planning their victory the night of the Oregon/Kentucky primaries.

1. My prediction: May 21st.
May 20th, when Oregon and Kentucky have their races, is when Obama will get that magic 1,627th pledged delegate, thus obtaining a mathematical majority of pledged delegates.

The superdelegates, who are already flocking to Obama at an accelerated rate, will seal the deal soon after, giving him that 2,024th delegate.

Hillary will have absolutely nothing left to fight with at that point, and she'll be virtually forced to suspend her campaign.

2. May 21st.
And hopefully, it will be a happy occassion, a nice photo-op, the Clinton and Obama families united. That's the picture I'm longing to see.

20. Malia and Sasha are two of the cutest kids I've seen.

Photogenic? I guess! I can only imagine what they'd do to cheer up the White House. They'd have me tied around their fingers in .. oh .. about 2 seconds. (If I resisted.)

21. it says something about the Obama's that they haven't "used" their 2 cuties
what could be more endearing to the public?

maybe over the summer, when they're out of school we'll see more of them.

6. My prediction My 20th in Kentucky
On May 21 she is in for a load of bad news - her April numbers will be released and they will show huge debt, misrepresentation of $ 10 million dollar day and a campaign that is no longer viable for a GE campaign.

After it is called in Kentucky she can make a great speech in front of a very enthusiastic audience.

8. Don't the fundraising numbers come out May 15....
... or is that just the filing date? Usually, the rumors are floated around/about that time. And Stephanopolous, among others, are hinting that the campaign is more in debt than they're claiming.... that $11 million or so is closer to double.

A concession speech in Kentucky, a victory speech in Oregon, and a photo op/press conference with the Clinton and Obama families the next day, perhaps?

I can't believe it... we're really at the endgame, aren't we? Or... wait. These are the Clintons we're talking about. :-)

14. 21st and this is it. She will have a great speech she will make Obama
look like the greatest candidate to ever run for President and there will be a genuine groundswell to put her on the ticket, and if I had to guess right now she will be successful at that and everyone will find her a very strong VP candidate.

But all of that is offered free of charge and that is what its worth.

And no 69 is not too old to be President - how's that for some off the wall Sat bullshit thinking. The Clinton's are not stupid and they knoow that Obama is now going to be the next President. And the odds on favorite to be the President after him is whoever is selected to be VP.

She has proven that she can campaign 20 hours a day and that if necessary she can tear down the opposition. Obama gets to take the high road and when necessary Hillary can take on McCain. And the fact is that there are a number of states where she does in fact out perform Obama.

9. I'm beginning to think Jon Stewart was right.

"Do you have a concern that you could win the nomination at the convention and defeat John McCain in the general and, you know, go to your inauguration and Hillary would still be running?"

10. Before today
he only needed 79 SDs to get to 2025.

That assumes Hillary has blowout victories in WV, KY, and PR and Obama has narrow victories in OR, MT, and SD.

blowouts are 70-30... narrow are 53-47.

If he got 5 more SDs today, he needs only 74 more.

Should be easy... and should happen this month.

11. I was listening to CBS radio news just now & they said 3 days
It was mentioned as insider talk on their news on the hour and I was surprised that they would even say that.
It would mean after West Virginia. I don't believe it myself and think it will be either by
May 23rd, June 1st or at the convention.

She'll need a complete day off. Ed Rendell will be talkign to her with Chelsea on the 21st.

The press conference will be called for 10:00. She'll be 20 minutes late and will ramble for 2 minutes before announcing she is suspending her campaign.

24. Never - she will spend ALL of Bill's money and go to the "bitter" dregs
mining the very last vote at the Convention contesting Michigan and Florida to the wire-- and then will STILL make everyone pull a couple of all nighters before she stalks off, taking her white voters with her.

Book deal to make it all back and hope that McPain wins to have a triumphal "told ya so" and start for 2012.

I have been a hard sell as to her ultimately destructive nature (both to herself and the party) -- but now I am there.

She has been horrid as of late - her true nature? If not, then she needs a LONG time to rehab her reputation.

25. HRC will bow out...
Then Obama will ask her to be his running mate, which would seal the deal for November.

I have confidence that we will win by a large percent in November anyway, but it will be a landslide victory with the megaticket. McSame is just wasting time and resources to have his ass handed to him in the GE.
