24. Thanks.
The Wings are the ones that are scary-good, though. I don't think anyone can beat them. But it would be a great series!

3. on Larry King she seemed to really like Chelsea
said she wants to get together with her sometime. said she was open in the Presidential election.

McCain's daughter didn't vote for Bush so it's nothing new. i wouldn't be surprised if the Bush McCain 2000 campaign anger reached other family and still exists. they put on the phony stuff for the morans in their party but in private they may really hate each other.

19. I saw that segment too
and I read it another way. I was glad to see a young person with an open mind. Thinking for herself isn't a bad thing and I'd like to see more kids do that - they are the future, older people like me become more the past as each day passes.

I don't like seeing the future handed off to people stuck on automatic pilot.

7. Who knows?
Maybe growing up under Chimpy taught her a nice lesson in life and she's decided to be a Dem. It wouldn't be the first time it's happened. Generations do seem to shift from side to side politically, at least historically they have.

8. If this is true, I think it's a good thing.
Former Republican presidents' children are supporting Barack, too.

Jenna said on LKL that she might vote for Hillary or Obama.

13. She's a teacher
The GOP plan can't be good for her or her colleagues even if she is a millionaire's daughter.

Jenna Bush sure knows how to come out and pick a winner!

Don't worry, she'll be back snuggly in McCain's camp after Hillary is out. I seriously doubt she's gonna be a Democrat.

This party will always be the best place for the feminist cause as Democrats are in the 21st century. it's very reassuring that Jenna may well be Democratic it doesn't always follow they follow parents footsteps as with Ron Reagan jr.

28. What is it McCain is being called?...The Presumptive Nominee???
why does that bother me? The Democratic Convention is held before the Republican Convention...since he's the only one running...it seems that someone should be calling him the nominee...or can't they do that until convention?...and does that give them an out to change who they will run?...something about this whole primary season is really bugging me...and I can't quite put my finger on it...like it's all make believe, fantasy or something...as though it's not going to turn out like any of us expect, but entirely different somehow....now Jenna is allegedly making calls for Hillary??? I don't know whether I believe that is who it was or not..it would be a robo call, right, because surely she's on her honeymoon...Didn't she just get married last night?? but has anything else about this primary season seemed right???no, so I guess anything is possible.. wb

27. Well the guy who performed the ceremony...
Obama supporter!
The New York Times notes:

On Saturday afternoon, the Hager family hosted wedding guests at a barbecue in Salado. The wedding, which began at 7:30 p.m., took place on the Bush ranch, before a white limestone altar erected next to a man-made lake. The Rev. Kirbyjon Caldwell of Windsor Village United Methodist Church in Houston officiated at the ceremony. Mr. Caldwell, a longtime religious adviser to Mr. Bush, has endorsed Senator Barack Obama.
Here's the AP write-up of Caldwell's endorsement:

Houston minister Kirbyjon Caldwell endorses Obama
