but then added that he didn't go to Alaska or Hawaii, and that he was finally visiting South Dakota. So those were the 3 states that he hadn't been too, but he obviously meant to say 47 instead of 57.

The IWR over-rode the War Powers act, which gave unlimited power to the president to invade Iraq

Th Kyle/Lieberman ammendment said we wouldn't leave Iraq as long as Iran is a threat
