I know that I've heard that sentiment in GD-P before. Please identify yourself. I don't care about your reason.

Also please go over to GD and identify yourselves in this thread.

Thank you for your time and your honesty.

1. Do you mean "in the GE?"
And I'm voting for Obama.

3. By PE I meant
not casting a vote for anyone for President. Sorry if that wasn't clear.

I'll be voting for Obama also. I don't like the way Hillary has run her campaign but if she was the nominee, I'd be voting (and campaigning) for her in November. I will NOT vote for a Republican.

6. It is Willie, I looked a bit closer.
He's awesome. And yes, I don't even like contemporary country (bubble gum pop with a twang is NOT country), but his stuff and old stuff? I love.

13. Me too.
George Jones, Merle Haggard, Willie, some Asleep at the Wheel, a little Jerry Jeff Walker and any classic country. The new stuff just doesn't interest me.

I thought it was pretty darn cool when a couple of years ago Merle came out against the Iraq War. From Fightin' Side Of Me to Bush is ruining the country. I was proud of him.

21. LOL...you know me, a chronic liar. Why, I might be lying right now.
:)

Where do these two links take you? Maybe me and another friend are wrong and the links don't take anyone to two people claiming they'll vote for McCain as MADem says.

"I'll vote for McCain just to do anything I can to try to keep Obama out of the WH."

The guy asked for the granite. He's had it.

The other link was to an apology and a deleted post.

22. Whoever they are, they can't be a bigger clusterfuck than anyone who would refuse to vote for
the Democratic nominee this year.

14. It has been threatened...
I've seen it as have others. My feeling is that it was some of these 2digit posters that are all over the place lately and that we'll never see after the GE.

16. Oh, I know - I've argued with some myself.
But once the emotions die down I have to believe that they won't really be able to bring themselves to vote for the GOP come November. And, whether someone just doesn't vote or actually votes for McCain, it's the same in my book - it's a vote for the GOP. As you said, the only ones who will actually do it are the ones that were really supporting McCain all along.

24. To vote for McCrazed, they'd have to be willing to vote for a warmongering, corporate-friendly
politician who has run to the right in hopes of appealing to an easily manipulated, low-information voting bloc.

But why would anyone on DU ever want to do that?
