Edited on Tue May-13-08 06:01 AM by my3boyz
Obama just picked up another Super Delegate. Rep. Joe Donnelly from INDIANA endorses Barack Obama. Let's keep today's pick-ups in this thread.

2. Enjoy the West Virginia win Clinton because I think it's over soon after
At least it should be. They're giving you a chance to do the right thing with dignity still Hillary. Maybe you should take them up on it. Once the real flood happens it's just going to be embarrassing.

4. It's now a steady stream and not a trickleI
I believe that the Obama campaign has the SDs to put him over 2024, and that they're releasing them judiciously.

8. definitely. and maybe a burst on or the day after WV to distract from the blowout
or maybe they'll just keep on doin what they're doin... seems to be working.

Axelrod
"You're going to see people (superdelegates) making decisions at a rapid pace from this point on," he said. "We've been announcing several each day for the last few days. We're going to continue to unfurl these endorsements on a regular basis."

9. It's fitting
The whole primary process seems to have brought time to a grinding halt. Why should anything else about it be quick.

22. The person in MD that switched was not a superdelegate
Prince George's County Executive Jack B. Johnson was a pledged delegate for Clinton, and is going against his pledge and will back Obama. I doubt the media will report it this way, but what this does is change the current pledged delegate lead from 164 to 166, but has no effect on superdelegate counts.
