1. I think I can unleash the 200
from their self-imposed imprisonment on my ignore list.

It's OVER for Camp Clinton, no matter what.

9. Wow
I'm impressed. I have one. Just one. But it is a very awful one.

Though it won't be over until she says it's over. She's not going to give up just because she doesn't have the delegates.

Well, except for the ones who've been tombstoned,
and I'm sure their names are legion.

28. I have about that many
But I just cannot get them all for some reason. Some have escaped my ignore list, oh well. Oh also I don't plan on taking them off my list once the primary is over. Something tells me that once it sets in for them that it is over that they will really show their stuff.

30. This is not something we should clebrate
I doubt that Obama asked for the PD to switch. He should denounce it. It makes Obama look as sleazy as Clinton. It isn't necessary and it is a terrible precedent.

38. I'm not celebrating. Merely pointing out fact.
And there is no law or rule against it so why should Obama denounce it? He didn't ASK Jack Johnson to switch over. He didn't do anything sleazy like campaign to switch over pledged delegates. It's happening because even people that once supported Hillary are either recognizing the end or have become disgusted with her. Or both.

It's ONE MAN expressing his opinion.

39. This is the sort of thing that could backfire
If Obama doesn't renounce this act, then he is endorsing Clinton's position that the PDs ought to be free to vote their conscience. In fact, they are elected with the expectation that they will honor their pledge, at least in the initial round of voting. We ought to insist that all PDs do exactly that, otherwise it makes a farce out of the process.

By endorsing Clinton's argument, this does open the door for Obama's PDs to switch over to Clinton. I think it is unlikely, but why even go there at all? This is no good for anybody.

7. I think they release more today than ever in order to defuse the W Va loss
Edited on Tue May-13-08 09:58 AM by SoonerPride
I expect maybe 20-30 announcements today in a deluge to steal headlines and make the punditocracy tonight say, "so what, look he got more supers today than lost in W Va."

That's how I would play it.

Let's see if I'm right.

18. WOW! Ray Nagin???
I half expected that guy to endorse McCain...

...then rant and weep uncontrollably afterward.

I don't 100% agree with his politics, but it's good to have him aboard, I guess.

To paraphrase Joe Pesci:

Always the delegates.

Always the delegates...

31. I have a canned response for those formally on the ignore list...
"I'm sorry for your loss..." That's it. I will no longer argue with the Shilllbots. There's no need to get worked up over it anymore. I'm digging this victorious feeling, and it's time to start going for McCain's throat.

SO, what IS the "Pelosi Number"? People on another thread were disussing it but noone could agree upon the number. Whatever it is, it sounds like he'll get there next week (unless a slew of SDs come out for him this week).
