I guess "going out on a high note" is not on her agenda tonight...

2. Typical spin from them.
If it was going to be one of the best ever - they wouldn't have had to brag about it in advance. They would have called it a major speech, or something else... Trying to label it as greatest ever before it's given is just spin.

Rather, one of the best speeches of all time by all persons.
