no matter the spin, it is a great night for Obama and all of his supporters. Hillary didn't get the 80% or 85% or 90% even her own people said she needed to get to keep this interesting.

Obama did well this week thus far with superdelegates and their slow march to his side.

Obama is focused back on how to attack and beat McCain, and he is looking presidential while doing it.

Sorry HIllary fans. This contest in WV is interesting news...but beside the point.

3. you know how much news I've watched about it? ZERO!
those stupid life-sucking asps can go fuck themselves. I don't need to have it hashed out for me. The blur between hard event news reporting and spin is so incredible these days that I refuse to put up with it. THat goes for even when Obama wins.

5. The Clinton campaign said it would be closer than 80%
Only one person said it would be 80%:

“You think this crowd’s noisy?” said West Virginia Senate Majority Leader Harry Truman Chafin. “Just wait ‘til we win like 80-20.”

“We’ve got to give her a vote tomorrow of 80-20 or 90-10,” he added moments later.

A campaign spokesman quickly tried to downplay Chafin’s remaks, saying “We appreciate his exuberance, but we're pretty sure this race is going to be much closer than that.”
And no, Bill Clinton did not predict an 80% win for Clinton. He said that if she won 80% with a low 100,000 turnout, it wouldn't be a success.
