The 2nd greatest lie ever told "NC means it's over"
1. A huge portion of that vote was early voting. Pre Wright goes bonkers part 2.

2. Obama won SC (clone state) much earlier with a much larger portion of the white vote than NC.

3. Every single pundit 1 day after PA said "whoever wins Indiana (important swing state demographics!) has all the momentum".

4. 2 weeks later, as the polls closed, every single pundit 1 minute before the NC polls closed (and I watched it!) said "if they split, it's a wash!".

5. 5 minutes after the NC polls closed, they said "it's over!".

6. Indiana was held out of the Hillary primetime victory column because of that "dubious" county. Like JFK stuffing ballots, same state, more or less, but mostly more.

7. WV, if Indiana was called a huge Hillary win as even Obama thought it was (Tie-breaker!), might have tipped the race.

8. The twist of interpretation of NC/IN is media created, and thus undemocratic and immoral.

5. What portion of the vote was early voting? Sorry, no one is going to
buy your unsourced claim. and your other claims are equally spurious. You can't just spew bull here and get away with it. Provide links and numbers or you lack any cred.

I would think that the press has the right to call it the way they want.

As far as immoral goes, I'd say the immoral part has been in convincing people that it was still on after February.

If my vote is overturned when Clinton didn't win the pledged delegates from my state and overall, I will not vote for her in November. Any questions?

27. Funny haw Obama supporters can say they won't vote for Hillary if...................
but, if Hillary supporters dare say they won't vote for Obama because.......

Then the Hillary supporters are despicable, disgusting unforgivable traitors!

I also noticed that no one here condemned the OP for his/her statement.
Funny how that double standard works. What's good for the goose is not good for the gander.

Indiana had the Limpballs cross over voters who won't vote for either one in November. They have an open primary. Without them, she would not have won!

22. Eh.
They tried to do the same thing with texas/ohio but the delegate count wasn't there. They also tried that on super Tuesday. They also tried it even before the election started with Hillary as the unstoppable juggernaut.

Media doesn't like to cover actual news or have in-depth analysis or discussion they like to be assholes. You get more analysis out of the daily show than MSM.

28. This was over long before NC.
The nominee was clear after the Potomac primaries and that would have been the graceful time for Hillary to step out.

29. It was over
When Hillary did not win Ohio, Texas, and PA by 20+ percent each. The margin she needed there was well understood and much discussed.

Jeremiah Wright is irrelevant, to the extent he wasn't for a bit, he went quite a bit out of his way to make his irrelevance happen, and Barack obliged. The most Hillary got out of that episode was the appearance of drawing even with Barack, when his numbers slipped a bit below 50 for about a week. The poll of polls and trend average never put her above 47 percent, and it never has. 47% is her ceiling in nationwide polls on average. In a two person race, this puts you firmly in second place.

There is no conspiracy here. My money was on Hillary ending up second to someone before the first vote was cast. I had no clue who would end up first and personally preferred Edwards and Biden, but I always knew Hillary would end up in second to one of the candidates. It is good to remember that when she looked "inevitable" she was running in the low 30s in a field of 8 candidates. Since then, she has gotten all the way up to 47, a number which I always felt was her ceiling, in both the primaries and the general.

I haven't been hanging around here much this go round, but note from the star and the number of posts that I have spent alot of time here in the past. One particular post back in January 2004, I predicted that John Kerry would lose the general by three percent, before the first primary vote was cast. I hated to be right about that and worked hard for it to come out the other way. I ended up here a long time ago looking for someplace to vent frustration left over from working for Gore in Fla.

My line on this general is that Barack will take it by more than 5 points (and 300+ ev), take it to the bank.

QB

30. Indiana was a tie really.
Hillary can not win. It is not possible anymore. Also, think about the Mississippi race. If you check out the numbers, black voters turned out strong and helped defeat the Republican. This would not happen if Hillary was the candidate-face it. She and Bill have destroyed any residual goodwill in that camp. Everyone talks about the Reagan Democrats, but they have never been loyal to the Democratic party. You can not throw away the votes of the most loyal Democrats-black voters. This is a very important demographic for Democrats period. Everyone is hysterical about the white voters-blah, blah. I think Obama can win some of them over, but Hillary could never get back Black voters if she was the selected nominee-the popular vote would not matter. This would be viewed as -Hillary stole the nomination from Barak. She would be toast so you see she has no path to victory either in the primary or in the general.
