Dan Abrams Is An Ass
Edited on Thu May-15-08 08:21 AM by GihrenZabi
Just watched a clip off MSNBC of Abrams *insisting* that Hillary Clinton needs to be Obama's running mate.

Is this guy fucking clueless?

Obama is trying to change the tone of politics in Washington not just for his four or eight years, but for the immediate future. Why would he choose a running mate, who ostensibly would run for President in 2016, and who would turn around and take apart whatever changes to Washington he brought into play?

Why wouldn't he choose someone like...say...John Edwards who would pick up the torch and run with it?

This is not the first time I've seen Dan Abrams comporting himself like an imbecile...who IS this guy??

And why, for Christs' sake, can't these idiot pundits elucidate the logic that I, a fucking political amateur who just watches this stuff like other men watch sports, can come to in about five seconds' worth of thought on the issue?

Okay, Hillbot.

Perhaps you should sequester yourself in a booth for a couple of weeks and go back and watch Hillary and Obama's campaigns with some sort of objective meter per tone of speeches, commercials, press releases, and everything else so that you can educate yourself otherwise.

Anyone who says that Obama has run a typical, negative campaign is either a stinging Hillbot or a troublemaking Repuke Freeper.

Give it up. Until you get said education, you go on ignore now.

5. Yes it is so much easier to "ignore" than to actually see what is going on
in the campaigns. Politics as usual. Nothing new.

Go ahead: cover your ears, squeeze your eyes shut, and shout lalalalalalalalignoringignoringIGNORING
rather than look at reality.

3. I saw it last night, Abrams must think it's his decision or something

I'm sure Obama was just waiting for his opinion. I also heard him say he would stay on this story until Obama supporters prove to him reasons as to why she shouldn't be on the ticket.

4. That's what I mean!
Why is this ass stumping for Hillary?

And isn't this just another shining example of how the media is utterly responsible for keeping this campaign on life support?

I've said before that Obama's campaign should just open up the floodgates on the superdelegates, but now I'm appreciating the "drip, drip" strategy. As long as the idiot media continue to keep this stupid story in the papers instead of moving on to the GE, Obama's campaign has to constantly have scraps to feed the rabid, snapping jaws of the press...

The more I think about it, the more I think that some form of State control over media a la England isn't such a bad idea anymore...if you can't trust people with free speech to exercise that speech intelligently and responsibly, isn't there some sort of mandate for giving them simple guidelines to stick by which they aren't moral enough to come to themselves?

6. LOL
you guys have Olbermann every day stumping for Obama, and you get pissed if Abrams says something once in awhile supportive of Clinton? You really can't stand anybody disagreeing with you, can you?
