Today is a day to celebrate, not a day to abuse the issue of Marriage Equality to one up your...
opponent.

Let's at least agree on this, both Hillary and Obama supporters, the CA Supreme court is right, and both candidates are WRONG, period, end of story!

Let's celebrate this as a day in which millions of Americans have had their civil rights recognized on at least the State level, and let's hope that such rights are expanded to the Federal level soon. If anything can truly be a uniter, it should be this. Let's put aside our petty differences based on who we are cheerleading now, and instead let us celebrate what has been achieved so far. The struggle for equality hasn't ended, indeed, its just starting.

I implore all supporters of these candidates to start calling their campaigns TODAY, to pressure them into supporting this decision, and supporting equality. Even if they don't listen, which is probably the most likely scenario, perhaps they will be amazed at how many people actually do support the CA Supreme Court's decision.

Today is a day to celebrate the power of Love over adversity, not a day to wallow in hatred for your opponent.

3. I think they both are lying about their true feelings about gay marraige...
to appease voters who are against it.

But, you are right. Today is a day to celebrate, and to look carefully at whether the CA initiative to put a state constitutional amendment to prohibit gay marriage on the ballot in November succeeds.

4. I truly hope they are lying...
I don't have much faith in it, of course, because all we have to go on are their public statements, which leave a lot to be desired.

We should look carefully for a Constitutional Amendment ballot initiative, and oppose it as vigorously as possible.
