Have you ever seen so much anger in a political race? These rwingers are NUTS!
Edited on Thu May-15-08 11:09 PM by Blue_Roses
I'm not talking about our primary. I'm talking about these crazy rwingers coming out of the woodwork. Now that Barack Obama is within inches of being the nominee it's like someone stole their pacifier. I was watching Tweety's show and wow, that screaming idiot was like watching a rabid dog.

Then I watched Dan Abrams and Cliff May:eyes: was on there trying to make his case for whatever his "flavor of war" is for the day. He looked like he was going to blow a gasket in response to Catherine Cryer.

And then we have our all-time MSNBC political analyst-Pat Buchanan-who's false teeth nearly flung out of his mouth as he spewed his racist venom last night (every night seems to be temper-tantrum night for Pat lately, especially when Obama wins) He gets SO worked up.

Then we have Joe Scarborough, who gets up and throws his mic down if he's out-witted, especially by Rachel Maddow.

And the list goes on and on...

It's pretty obvious the GOP doesn't like it's new found place of being the odd man out and they sure are showing it in their desperate rants of anger. This should be a good sign for us:D

4. he made a total racist ass of himself the other night on Hardball
...Buchanan was so bad he had Andrea Mitchell shaking her head. She told him, the world is different, we have moved on. Matthews tried reasoning with him - no go. He just spewed forth the feces of his mind and it was pathetic. Why he still has a job on there is beyond me. Surely they can find a more palatable repressentive for the rightwing? Crimony.

MSNBC political analyst-Pat Buchanan-who's false teeth nearly flung out of his mouth as he spewed his racist venom last night...

He's got false teeth? That visual...

9. I notice Joe has been On Vacation, hmmm he is missing some of the
greatest moments in this election process so far, where is he??? I think he is on a secret mission trying to find out that Obama is a muslim, nazi, working for Hamas, to bring down the Christian religion, by secretly being a devout memeber of John Hagee's church.

Or maybe he is just at home in the fetal position terrified the black man will enslave him once Obama takes the White House correction the Black House!

13. oh yeah - you can hear heads exploding all over the land!
it's great!

I'm not sure which I find funniest: that they had to fight dirty to prolong our primary, or that they had to choose to pretend to support either Clinton (the woman they've been commanded to hate for over a decade) or an articulate, charismatic, and popular black man. As much as I really, really hate to bring gender or race into the discussion and usually avoid it, I find it hilarious that the bigots in this country are in shock at the idea of either of our candidates winning, especially when you consider how much most of that same crowd can't stand McCain! Their own propaganda backfired on them - for years they've been told McCain is a liberal, and now they must certainly be confused to no end, like a dog chasing its tail.

Good for them.

14. They're all at the ready to gangup on Obama
but they aren't even going to know what hit them.

Gotta thank tweety for takin' care of bushit(who loses 'cause he brought up hitler first) today via kevin james via Neville Chamberalain.

They'll be needing to study their history more before they yell "Neville Chamberlain was an Appeaser" 20 times on tv.

Yeah, Neville Chamberlain gave away part of Czechoslovakia to hitler in the Munich Agreement in 1938 but that's not the same as talking to our enemies.

bush and james stepped right into their own shit.

18. If obama is the nominee then things will get pretty damn bad and
since many of you say it was HRC's vote on the Iraq war that caused her to lose and it was obama's speech and him being against the war made him a better candidate. Well, here is some of the shit that obama will be facing and please do not go ape shit with the name calling. Just realize this man will be bombarded day in and day out with this kind of shit.

Obama's no vote might help him win the nomination, but then he'll have to explain to a nation recently rocked by terror ( REMEMBER Cheney's coming NY attack) why he chose to be a "peacenik" and "sing peace songs" instead of "defending the homeland" from the "Obama-like Muslims."

I expect the RNC and the right and the 527's to paint Obama as the "no defense" peacenik who would never fight back, never defend America, no matter how many U.S. cities Al Qaeda sets aflame.

They're going to turn Obama into Willie Horton in reverse. "A vote for Obama is a vote to surrender America to Al Qaeda."

Just like today when Bush said the word "appeasement" and obama and the velvetta cheese crowd went ape shit. All that proved to be is the wound the right will attack if obama is the nominee. Obama should have not said a word, since his name was not called and his campaign attacked becasue some asshole from 1939 said something about talking to Hitler....All I can say is "THOU DOETH PROTEST TOO MUCH"

Or are you thinking fear no longer works at election time?

19. Bush should have NEVER invoked our politics into a speech he was making
Edited on Thu May-15-08 11:18 PM by Blue_Roses
in another country. YES, Bush did point the inadvertent finger at Obama. Everybody knew it. To sit and say nothing is worse. Then he would look like someone who didn't stand up for us after being attacked.

You know, I didn't inflict Hillary's name in this thread. Why must you always try to do this? This thread isn't about her or this heated primary.
And don't think for one second, if by some chance she becomes the nominee that they won't tear her to shreds too. Both candidates are aware of how this will play out with the repubs.

Several repub pundits even said that he was. Envoking Hilter is a conversation stopper, as is political posturing while out of the country.

And Obama & his team know what they're in store for and they're ready.

29. What are you talking about? Seriously?
You don't know that Obama wasn't in the Senate to Vote "No" in 2002

You obviousy don't know a thing about Willie Horton, because it has nothing to do with Al Qaeda, or surrender.

You don't now what appeasement means.

How can anyone take you seriously when you clearly don't know what you are talking about? You can support Hillary all you want. But at least support her rather than maligning facts and history to not make a point.

War does not equal security, and people have come to realize that. The politics of fear got us four more years of Bush. That didn't work out so well for most of us.

31. Yes,
I saw this same thing when the result of the 2000 election was in doubt. The streets were filled with these RW fanatics, crazed by the idea that Chimpy might not be allowed to stage a coup. They were like a pack of rabid dogs, foaming at the mouth with hate. It was the first time I realized how easy it would be for America to become a fascist state. And this was in Portland, OR! I can only imagine what it was like elsewhere.
