**ACTION ALERT**The RW's ad on Michelle has her words clearly "doctored "
I'm not going to link the video, because I don't want to "push" it.....but check it out if you find it or see it on TV. At a certain points in the video, you see something strange happen to Michelle's mouth. One of the words that appears to have been "omitted" is "adult" ("for once in my adult life I am proud of "....now is..... "for once in my (funny thing with mouth) life" I am proud (something else happens to her mouth) of my country.

What I am shocked about is that it is fairly evident when you watch it on Teevee (and yes, it is getting wide play), but no one in the media has said anything about this.

I think that we should write to the media about this clear strangeness.

And make no mistake, the ad is for the benefit of Hillary Clinton, no matter who is putting it out. The only election where folks are about to vote in a few days is not between Obama and McCain, but between Obama and Hillary. She's being a bit too "Sweet" and "Sedate" right now, and I believe it is because she doesn't want to be blamed of negative advertising, but the ad, which is coming out of Tennessee is getting national air play.

So I do believe that Hillary understands exactly what is going on, but is keeping her hands "clean" cause that works better for her.

48. They clearly edited out the word "really", but there seems to be
two versions of it. In one of the versions, you can clearly see that they blipped out the word "really".

I started to write about this when I first saw it, but knew I there would be people determined NOT to see it, so I just let it go. They are clearly getting away with a lie here, but what can you do about it? Every word gets twisted. There will be more.

51. My letter.....
Why is the Media corp. giving free commercial airing time to the Michele Obama RNC smear ad, in which it is very clear to anyone looking, that includes two splices in the 5 second footage, where the words "adult" and "really" have been edited out.

Anyone watching can see it, including you. So my question is, are you going to do as some of your cohorts have done and continue to play this ad over and over and over again, saving the RNC hundreds of thousands of dollars in ad fees, or are you going to call the TN RNC on this glaring deception?

I find it repulsive that anyone who calls themselves a journalist would allow this to occur and say nothing about it.

I request that you do not air or give time to this plainly doctored ad, and that if you do, you point out where the splices occur.

If you go along with the program, and do as the rest of the media has done today in playing this ad as-is without comments on the splices, then I will believe that the unpatriotic ones are those who would perpetuate this clearly visible fraud while aiding one particular political party.

Thank you.

Respectfully,

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

6. Yep...that's what it is.
I'm dropping lines to the folks I have listed. It will becoming a "habit" of mine. I'm not going to leave it up to anyone but myself to be an activist in keeping McCain's Base, the Corporate Media, from doing only McCain's bidding.

In other words, we should be letting them know now that we are watching really, really closely, everything fucking thing that they are reporting and doing. If there are enough of us, they will have to think twice and much harder before pulling off bullshit.

And for anyone that believes that the Michelle current add being played on Cable doesn't hurt Obama, you are wrong....and Hillary supporters know it. Do not relax, cause it ain't over till the lady in the pantsuit concedes or the party tells her that it is over.

I will not be hoodwinked.

45. No it's not
this was debunked when the video first appeared.

There are TWO videos of Michelle saying roughly the same thing - she spoke at two events that day, and worded it slightly differently. In one stop, she said "really proud", in the other she said "proud".

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EGjR81pFJI4

That video shows the difference.

How this got morphed to the word "adult" being cut out, I have no idea. But there is no doctored video - writing to the news outlets above and screaming about it just makes dems look like idiots.

Why in the HELL do you insist on keeping up your bullshit harangue, to the detriment of all Obama supporters?

Give it a FUCKING REST!

He will win, has won, and she will fade out of the spotlight. Good lord, just look at the current newscycle with the Obama vs bushcain focus! The only mention of her lately is that she came out in his defense right away.

Every thing you say about the ad being doctored and the TENNESSEE REPUBLICAN PARTY that is behind it needing to be slapped shitless is valid. Focus the fuck on that and forget Hillary. She is no longer of consequence, unless you keep trying to make her so.

Why else would Tennessee be running that ad now? Is there a special election coming up? Or is this just an excuse for this ad to be played before Kentucky and Oregon?

the point is that the GOP want Hillary rather than Barack....Hillary knows that, but what's important to her is to win. So for her, inpugning Michelle Obama's patriotism is "all good", and it really shouldn't be.

But mainly I was venting about it. Thanks for taking some real action. It has been pissing me off all day...and mainly that NO ONE calls attention to it even though it has been played over and over and oover and over all day long. There is a huge difference in meaning between.."For once in my adult life, I am REALLY proud of my country" and the hacked up meaning of the sentence. Thanks for the work in providing the sites. And YES! It is soooooooo obvious that these words were clipped out...and still, no one mentions it at all.

23. Yep...this is called "smear under radar".
Hope you write to those I provided the addresses to.

This must stop.

A wonderful woman cannot just be smeared for her words that have been clearly doctored and that being A-OK for the media and those watching.

This is not only personally attacking the wife of a candidate, but it is truly transparently deceptive manner.

If we don't holler at this shit as it happens, who will? and who will be next?

Hillary supporters may not care about doctored words now, .....and I understand why...but at some point, they will reap what they sow.

Far as Obama supporters are concred, we really need to get busy.

Don't wait till too late, and later realize that you didn't realize that it was going to be bad......and that if you would have known, then you would have Woulda, coulda, shoulda.

16. Yes. Unbelievably, they're doing it again.
This was "exposed" right after the dustup when she first made her remark - that the video was doctored to make the message into what the smear-mongers wanted her to be saying. It's typical Republican 527 fare - make a big lie out of an average-sized truth.

Make no mistake - MANY of us have not been particularly proud of our country over the last few years, and I personally am not proud of it at all. I do not think that makes me a traitor, however. It doesn't make Michelle Obama one, either.

” For once in my adult life I am proud of my country. ”
changed to...
” For once in my life I am proud of my country. ”

How is one worse than the other? I cant see it.

I dont know if you want the media talking about this anyway. All that will happen is her bad choice of words will be played, played and played.. But go ahead and make a big deal out of it if you want.
