At the 4th Congressional Democratic Convention in Raleigh, NC Today,
One of the things we will be voting on is the following:

Resolution Calling for a Civil Campaign Between Clinton and Obama

WHEREAS, the Obama and Clinton campaign have recently taken a negative, divisive, and destructive turn, and

WHEREAS, a Democratic victory in November 2008 will require party unity, and

WHEREAS, the purpose of presidential primaries is to select a Democratic candidate
who will win the White House in November,

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that Jerry Meek, as chair of the North Carolina Democratic
Party, tell Senators Obama and Clinton and their perspective campaign personnel to
wage a civil campaign that will ensure party unity and a Democratic president in the
November 2008 election.

Just a message to those of you intent on damaging this party over a sick obsession of your candidate.

1. Kinda sad...

Posts about angry rallies, masses swarming, bitter speech...

And then this post, sitting here by its lonesome, talking about unification.

Ouch.
