12. I answered my own question
I'm not worried in the least.

The only people talking up voting for McCain because Hillary is the loser are the same dead enders who were voting for Hillary because it was OPERATION CHAOS.

These people are Republicans, plain and simple. They voted for Hillary in the primaries but would never have voted for her in the general regardless.

Nobody who is a Democrat is going to be voting for McCain.

18. Fallacious argument
I guarantee you, 48% of Democrats won't be voting for McCain.

Making a claim counter to that is disingenuous at the least.

To be honest, making such a claim is a blatant lie.

35. Petty
So you're saying that 48% of Dems are so petty that they would for for someone who clearly will not protect their interests? In fact, that they'd vote for McCain, who clearly will be working AGAINST the things that are important to them? Maybe I'm just the eternal optimist, but I have just a little bit more faith in Democrats than you apparently do.

7. Look, maybe you just need to give them TIME
when it was unclear whether Obama would really be the nominee, I "threatened" not to vote for Hillary either. Was it petty? Yes, was it immature? Yes.

BUT I think given time and distance, I would have voted for her. Telling people who have had their dreams crushed to just suck it up and get over it, without giving time to heal is cruel.

So back off.

14. If they want four more years of Bush - that's their choice to make, it's a really
bad choice, but the American people showed how dim they can be back in 2004.

As for picking a name to call them - I don't think they warrant being addressed at all.

The only people claiming to be Hillary supporters who will vote for McCain are Republcians.

They're 28-percenters who ADORE Bush.

30.  I'd call them servile, delusional fools...
or just Republicans. Actually I would not bother to call them anything. Not worthy of the attention.
But I have read many people say many things on this board that they will not even dream of acting upon.
I find the 'my candidate or nothing' people funny in a way, and also I am sort of jealous of them, both sets. I've never been so much in a candidate's camp. These two each have huge flaws and votes I dislike. The Patriot Act for one. I mean, they voted for the Patriot Act. I hate that. Still will be voting for the nominee, and for one of them in my Primary right now. In fact, both of them oppose my equal rights, and I will be voting for one of them. Think about that. Voting for a candidate that says ' I'm better than you, God says so'. If millions of us can deal with that, the rest of you are petty whiners. Deal with it.
I don't love either of these heterosexual supremists. One will get my vote in each round anyway. Again they both oppose equality for my family, they both see themselves as righteous and me as somehow sinnful. And yet I'll be voting for one of them, in fact, they are about the best choices I've ever had in terms of those very issues. They suck, but they are still the best ever. Think about that. Voting for Kerry with his IWR vote and his pandering to the 'one man one woman' crowd was not what I wanted, but it was still damned easy to vote against Bush and the GOP.
I never expect to vote for the Democrat so much as against the Republican. One day there may be a candidate that I can really like. This year it is war funding Energy Bill supporters who stand between me and my rights, so I am not so thrilled. They are both against non profit health care, too. I am for it. But I will still be casting that vote for the Democrat. Always.
