When and where will Senator Clinton concede? Post your predictions here.
I'm betting she'll stick it out through the last primaries on June 3 and will concede on Friday June 6th in NYC.

2. Not sure about when
But if things keep up the way they're going, she'll probably end up conceding in Florida or Michigan and pull a whole "If you guys had been counted I wouldn't be in this position right now...blame Obama" kind of thing.

4. I sincerely hope you're right, cali.
But I'm betting she'll go to the convention expecting to somehow win it anyway - and when she doesn't, it'll be off to court with a shitload of lawyers in an attempt to sue her way to the nomination. The whole intent being to damage Obama enough so that McCain wins, and she can try again in 2012.

10. no. no way she'll go to the convention. First of all, she's 20 million
in debt. Secondly, there's no doubt at all that SDs will put Obama over the top by June 4th at the latest. Once that happens, Hillary SDs will begin defecting in significant numbers. And the longer she stays in, the more delegates will defect. The dem party is bound and determined that this NOT go to the convention. She'll face becoming a pariah in her own party. And that she doesn't want. She'll also risk doing real damage to the Clinton legacy and the Clinton Brand. Lastly, she'll become a national joke.

Hillary is a democrat. She knows she's lost. She'll do the right thing and support the nominee, Barack Obama.

Me: because I expect her to do the most damaging thing to the party possible.

9. She'll probably wait until the DNC meeting
That will be when she learns that Obama won because he had well over 2025, or that he won because he had whatever other number they happen to decide on.

17. IMO, there're 2 competing camps advising Hillary ala Cheney/Powell advising Junior.
One camp advising her to concede and the other to continue to fight onwards.

IMO, the concede camp has won out. Every so often the other camp manages to get a word in.

20. Wednesday, May 21st.
Obama will deliver a narrative-weaving speech in Iowa Tuesday night that brings it all back to the beginning, and he'll claim the nomination and in that sense put a de facto end to the process.

On Wednesday, a press conference will be announced, the Obama and Clinton families will appear, and we can all start breathing again.

That's my bet and I'm sticking to it. I'm taking the under!!

she's made such a show about FL and MI, I think she'd look foolish if she didn't wait until that decision was made.

25. I agree because I think that the financial records that she has to release
are going to be coming out and that they will be a major story.

Also there is going to be a rush of Super Delegate endorsements and to stay in will just be silly.

27. Follow the money.
That's the basis to my belief she's out of the race next Wednesday. Is there anyone here who believes for one minute that her campaign is "only" $21 million in the hole?

There are behind-the-scenes negotiations occurring even as we type this.

40. I really think you should face reality
what's the point of pretending? She's now nearly 200 delgates behind Obama. On Tuesday, he'll pass the Pelosi Club number of 1627 pledged delegates, triggering more SD endorsements. He'll be the presumptive nominee within 2 weeks. Hillary isn't crazy. She'll drop out and endorse him.
