So on Wednesday
Edited on Sun May-18-08 10:14 PM by Jake3463
Do we get to hear how important South Dakota and Montana are to our chances in November and how this isn't over? How about Puerto Rico?

Do we get to hear how you can't win the Whitehouse without Puerto Rico?

The campaigning portion for the nomination ends on Tuesday. Its all a campaign for Super Delegates at that point. Anytime after Tuesday is time we are losing for the GE.

Pelosi delegate endorsements Set

Financials released Match

At that point you want to get out of the doorways for all the Super Delegates that don't want to be the last one on the Obamawagon.

How many Super Delegates who are elected officials in districts or states that went big for Obama but who jumped early onto Obama so that they could be in line for a job are going to be 'repositioning' themselves on Wednesday?

Even some of the pledged delegates couldn't wait.

6. The biggest problem he'll have on Wednesday
is urging people to space their endorsements over a few days so that he doesn't look like they are bullying her out of the race.

9. Well something is up --- they only had a couple yesterday and the two today were ad ons
My suspicion now is that they have told everyone to give Hillary Wednesday. She will make a speech (Florida) and then come the endorsements.

They were pouring it on and it stopped on a dime.

Neither Hillary nor any of her surrogates made any of the Sunday talk shows as far as I could see.

It seems to me that the end has been arranged.

Talk of a joint fund raising? to retire her debt?

15. There is a thread on here
reporting of the Nevada contest with Bill talking about unity in the party come November instead of the normal stump speach.

Maybe they announce that they have compromised on seating Florida.

John Edwards effectively ended this last week.

17. Yes but he had to there because it was a hostile room
the Obama supporters were very vocal and the Clinton supporters were subdued many of her delegates didn't even bother coming.

5. The only thing we know is that here, at DU, this crap continues.. on and on and on..
it doesn't matter how many numbers pile up.. nothing will change here.

We won't be able to discuss the GE without disruption, or McCain without distraction..

I'd suggest we go elsewhere, those of us who seriously want to DEFEAT THE REPUBLICANS.. this place is no good for that anymore.

It's Free Republic, left. If anyone has any ideas, let me know.

12. Something is strange they stopped all of the SDs from endorsing starting yesterday
today I didn't see a single Clinton surrogate on a Sunday show

Maybe they are organizing something for Wednesday?

What would make every Democrat love Hillary Clinton?

Michigan = Edwards then Florida = ????

It seems orchestrated.

19. Wrong.
The "crap" at DU continues only as long as we continue to pay attention to, respond to, and engage the anti-Obama disruptors.

USE YOUR IGNORE FEATURE.

If nobody will pay attention to, respond to, or engage the shit stirrers, they have no audience and will (1) be tombstoned or (2) go away on their own.

This place is PLENTY good for defeating the reTHUGs. It's AS GOOD AS WE MAKE IT.

The admins/mods will enforce the rules. All we have to do is set the tone, alert on disruptors and then put them on ignore until they're tombstoned.

Let THEM be the ones who have to "go elsewhere."
