What is the single most import Issue (or two) that is driving your primary choice and being a Dem?
For me, it's the economy and foreign policy.

I really don't give a damn about some of the cultural issues. (Before I get blasted for this, I don't have a problem with people who DO make these issues the cornerstone of their choice)

I think I'm a traditional Democrat that votes with my wallet.

10. Amen! To get control of this country that is nearly ruined by Bush.
To reinstate the Constitution and bring these yahoos to justice, if it isn't too late. The world will rejoice right along with us.

9. Hard to say that these are the two most important
because there are so many I rank as a high priority but mine are:

1. Structural changes in how politicians are elected/influenced.
2. Iraq War or in a much broader perspective our role in and relationship to the rest of the world.

11. The war.

The shredding of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. Why haven't our "leaders," including Clinton and Obama, made an issue of this -- other than their having gone along with it themselves by voting for the renewal of the so-called "Patriot" Act and other repressive legislation? It's a sad day when only Bob Barr stands up for the Republic.
