2. That means they sampled almost 1000 voters who already voted and Obama got 59%
of them. Sounds extremely reliable to me.

9. they did well
Had Obama winning by double digits in NC and about a four-point victory for Hillary in IN if memory serves me right. PPP - excluding PA - has been very accurate this election cycle.
