1. You have to have your ballot dropped of by 8 PM, so that is technically
when the "polls" close.

2. So the speech might not be delivered until after 11PM, EDT?
I guess that's the West Coast's revenge for all the times we East Coasters make you get up at 7AM for something!

4. I heard on KO that he will speak before Oregon in Iowa afterall he will get enough delegates
out of KY to put him in a majority among pledged delegates. Oregon will be the cherry on the cake.

7. 75% or more of Oregon has submitted their votes
They start counting tomorrow morning. I imagine they'll have solid counts at the time the "polls" close at 8pm pacific time tomorrow.
