WOW!! Hillary supporters are VERY upset judging by the number of posts...
Edited on Mon May-19-08 10:17 PM by Liberal_Stalwart71
full of fallacious information:

1. Hillary won the popular vote
2. Obama took his name off the MI ballot because he thought he'd lose
3. The return of the ultimate loser, Geraldine "lost 49 states" Ferraro
4. Obama and his supporters are sexist pigs
5. Hillary can still win
6. As WV and KY goes, so goes the rest of the nation...

It's simply baffling!

6. I'm baffled by the willful ignorance of Hillary supporters...
Edited on Mon May-19-08 10:28 PM by Liberal_Stalwart71
who are refusing to acknowledge their very flawed candidate with her very high negatives. She's bitter that she didn't win, therefore, she'll bloody up the nominee real good by *falsely* proclaiming that she's won the popular vote when she (and her supporters) know God damn well that she hasn't.

There's no political rivalry when she's already lost the game. The rivalry at this point is John McCain, and that ought to be the focus of both Hillary and Obama, but she's too busy trying to destroy the Democratic party for her own ends to notice.

16. I'm certainly not a diehard partisan...
But I have a more noble reason for not supporting Hillary: HER RECORD!!

I'm very confident that I have a convincing argument for not supporting Hillary. Hillary supporters, on the other hand, have given us every reason not to support Obama rather than WHY we should support her.

41. Really? Well I'm baffled how Obama can go negative and get away with it
not to mention how on earth anyone thinks he can accept a nomination in good conscience when two large states didn't get to vote.

You can spare me all your arguments about Michigan and Florida. I've heard them, and I'm not impressed.

This is about bafflement, and I'm suggesting that both sides are equally baffled by appeal of the other candidate.

5. There's much more than just that, and I think I've expressed the points...
in my earlier posts, such as not understanding why Hillary supporters continue to ignore the facts on the ground, no matter how often they are presented to them. The list is quite long, too long to enumerate here...

But oh, I forgot, I'm biased and the Hillary supporters are so honest and forthright! :sarcasm:

This was the point posed in the OP in question, "Iran is not the same league of threat as the soviet union."

To which you responded, "Al Queda killed more Americans on 9/11 than the Soviet Union ever did."

http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=132x6033639#6033946

Now tell us, seeing as though you didn't answer anyone in that thread, what the hell does Al Queda and 9/11 have to do with Iran? Please, enlighten us to your ways of wisdom. Either you have no idea what "non-sequitor" means or you're really as clueless as many of us suspect.

38. The point was that it doesn't matter how big Iran's military or nuclear stockpile
is, they are still a grave threat.

Al Qaeda=small but large number of American casualties / Soviet Union=massive but very small real impact.

ie Iran=small but still grave threat.

Any more questions, just let me know.

42. Stupid!
For one I think you meant, "HRC wasn't supposed to be there either." I thought Obama supporters were supposed to be college educated!

Second, the pledge didn't say anything about taking their names off the ballot. If you say it enough though maybe people will start believing it! Right???? Nice spin!
