Ferraro is right. There was sexism in the campaign that helped to take down Clinton. Obama used the gender card to minimize her on numerous occasions. The media vilifed her, in part because she was a woman.

The playing field was not level because of the sexism. And that helped to take down Clinton.

Ferraro is telling the truth. I don't know why that makes people resort to such vile stuff (like the stuff on this post).
