George Clooney's dad running for Congress in Kentucky...
As a Dem in the 4th district. Anyone know anything about this race?

Was surfing newsmeat and saw lots of the ER cast had given to Nick Clooney, figured there must be a family connection there somewhere.

I have met Nick Clooney some years ago when he did news in Los Angeles. Nice man, and I hope he wins. He is George's dad and his sister was Rosemary Clooney who died last year (she was a real sweetheart).
