"Clean Bill of Health" my ass...
"My friends", this guy, shown under the wrong light, with not enough makeup, exhibits the following:

1. Rapidly expanding age spots, worthy of the expansion of the Obelisk on the Planet Jupiter at the end of 2010: A Space Odyssey - (...Idiocy? The horrible sequel to a great film). This is something to be noted given his medical history.

2. Significant change in voice quality over the last few months, not attributable in my experience to speaking excessively. His speaking voice is unrecognizable on the radio unless you have been told that it is he who is speaking.

3. Depressed affect. His laughter and smiles are quite forced and suspect.

4. Significant change in the left side of his face recently. The MSM refuses to shoot him from that side, ALWAYS from his right. This is not insignificant.

As a clinician, I'm horrified and would send my patient for extensive tests and regard him carefully for follow-up.

1. I think he looks like he's suffered a mild stroke.. One side of his face
is quite strange... Or perhaps that's due to the surgery from fighting the melanoma? Its just odd how one side is more paralyzed than the other.

2. Surgical issues clearly...
Facial nerve involvement, muscle paralysis possibly secondary to dissection/resection.

I'm not an advocate of the 'stroke hypothesis' except how he's 'stroking' the Rethug Party elders.

8. I'm not a doctor.. so really, I have no idea. I'm just observing that
the left-side (I think that's the side) looks paralyzed. Also, he just walks and talks and moves so slowly. The Presidency makes people age so fast... Look how fast Clinton grayed and even Bush has aged... What will happen to McCain.

My mom said, which I agree, this is the year where the VP on both sides is very, very, very important. McCain because he might not make it through his term and it would matter who would be taking his spot.. and Obama for the reasons blowing up this board at the present moment. Odd that this is the year of the VP. She was hoping that Edwards would be the VP selection. I told her I think he wants the Attorney General.. that he was very fond of, ironically, Bobby Kennedy, and would like to restore the status of the Justice Department to mean something just and noble that is the American way.. and she thought that sounded great.

9. I thought it was due to fluids backed up in his glands or something
due to his surgeries -

3. It ain't pretty.
Meanwhile Obama rebounds over Hansbrough. It's a LAUGHABLE comparison.

I worry though that he is SO bad off that he could fall ill before the election. Then what?...

4. I noticed during his comments re Senator Kennedy's tumor, he was hardly
able to string his sentences together. At first I thought he was being emotional, and perhaps to an extent he was. But, his thinking processes are definitely halting, slow.

Good point...
I'm a dentist as many around here know, and my job is to evaluate oro-facial health. It's what I do for a living.

If this guy came in, I'd have about 98 questions to begin with...then the referrals would begin.

6. Surgical remnant from melanoma treatment...
similar things happen to women following mastectomy: poor drainage of lymph and scarring contribute to this situation. Plus, this is a highly vascular area and subject to swelling for that reason.

20. Nah he called her a Trollope and something else...
unmentionable here.

I was fairly impressed with the use of Trollope as descriptive word. The other is just ridiculous, crude, and disgusting. Even by my standards which are low.
