Barack Supporter in defense of Hillary...
I listened to the clip before seeing the spin. I am PISSED at Hillary, but I am sorry, she did not mean anything by this reference to Bobby's Assassination. What I got was, "hey why is everyone in such a hurry? Clearly we are used to these things going on until June! Even if you don't remember Bill, You must remember that when Bobby was assassinated he was still all in and it was June?!!!"

That was exactly how I understood it, and I am PISSED at her and think she is giving women a bad name by not being a good second place winner. If we want to talk assassination worries, I have been more frustrated by the Tim Russerts who will mention how John Kennedy did the "right" thing by having Johnson be his running mate. Every time they do it, I am screaming at the TV, "Yeah! How did that work out for him?! Go On! Mention how he was also assasinated... uh hello?"

Much as I give the Clintons the benefit of the doubt, having her as VP is painting a target on Barack's back, so her comment did not help. I think he should pick a far left VP just to protect him self. Kucinich...

1. Of course...
...nevermind that she lied about her husband not securing the nom till June. She's just desperate and a tad delusional or deranged or something...

7. That was not a lie just so you know.
Bill Clinton secured the nomination in June of 1992. We all need to stick to the facts around here rather than speculation. Although it seems GD-P should be called GD-BS. I am not defending anything she says or does, because I really don't give a crap. But I think it necessary to point out inconsistencies or blatant untruths.

5. You might want to check out her "apology"
She apologized to the Kennedys...not Obama and his family.

9. I don't think she was referencing Obama...
I am serious. I am so Mad at her and I so believe that Obama has won, and I won't even go into all the things I am pissed about, but I honestly think this is like the "feminists" seeing sexism everywhere. She was referencing JUNE, and figured the Bobby event would be "proof" because everyone would know it was June. Call me stupid, but I see conspiracies EVERYWHERE, but not here.

6. some defense...
Everyone here and on the MSM have been waiting to nail her coffin shut and here's their chance. She has NOT given women a bad name...she's a fighter and she's smart...but she should realize that no one will give her a break so she should bow out gracefully...AFTER all the primaries are over and everyone has been given a chance to vote...that's been her message all along. I can barely stomach reading the hateful crap here. Talk about assassinating...that's what most are doing here to her and it's disgusting...

8. she mentioned RFK assassination three times. It has no place as a justification for the race
continuing.

13. I agree....
However, because of the lies and race baiting and other crap she's engaged in, there's that tiny part of me that wonders what she *really* meant by the comment, even if on the surface I saw it exactly the same way you did.

17. And there is the rub... exactly. Had she stuck to higher ground...
No one would even question her motives. It is because of her right wing play book that she is suspect. That is why I had to pipe in that this is a red herring. I hated when they did it to Obama, and I like it no more when it is done to Clinton. She is exhausted, and she is finished, and she is done.
