IF you are willing to give Hillary the benefit of the doubt....
if you truly believe she was only stating a "historical reference" then this is the big question:

Doesn't this show an extreme lack of judgement, a big "misspeak" (not MY word)....and aren't you worried how she would handle negotiations with Ahmadinejad or any other foreign leader? she's already threatened Obliteration...are you willing to risk it?

21. Criticism of Obama's statecraft is right wing blogger nonsense
Further undermined by current Israel/Syria peace talks and Hillary's gauche and stupid "obliterate Iran" pronouncement. Objections to Obama's statecraft are usually tied to simplistic, ignorant and above all right wing imperialistic perceptions of the Middle East. Knowledge of geography? Who do you think you're talking about?

Obama to get whacked, there is no other explanation.

Your reply proves my point; you've already condemned her as a witch, so everything and anything she says is proof that she is a witch.

30. Honestly, I've never called her a witch...
I have called her a Liar, I've also called her ambitious and determined. when she was first lady I continually defended her. when she was criticized I (still) would stand up and say that if she were a man, she wouldn't have been judged so harshly. ambition and determination are desired qualities in a man, women are faulted for that.

Since this January (IMO) she has gone beyond determined...and I can honestly say if she were a man I would still be done with her. And I wasn't looking for her to be anything, I was a Clinton supporter. I canvassed for her husband.

What it comes down to is that I want the BEST person in the WH come January. I want a role model for my kids. I want honesty, integrity, a moral compass and true leadership. You and I will not agree with this, but I chose my candidate in February and I have no remorse.

Bill
Iraq war
Kyle Leibermann
31 million in debt
Oh forget about it. Her peeps, her message, her complete tone deafness...I am 51 white and female and it sucks. I can't even imagine what she looks like to the young. ALL I can say is PEOPLE she was the young hope when I was a bopper and it is infinitely sad to see her so completely sold out. Heartbreaking.

13. Absolutely!
If she can't be trusted not to say outrageously stupid things... well, do we *want* her answering that phone at 3 am?

There's no positive way to spin this - only less negative. And her refusal, again, to apologize doesn't help matters.

15. I am willing to give her the
benefit of the doubt but....I think it is time for her to call this to an end. I truly think the woman is depressed and probably exhausted ..after this comment its safe to say she need not worry about the vp slot..so its time to go.

I believe she did not mean it the way its being taken but I also believe its a bad enough screw up that she cannot fix it.

16. I think you're right....
I don't believe it was a threat, or a hope, but I think it was either floated out there to make voters think about what could happen--maybe to rethink their votes. Or it was a totally off the cuff STUPID comment, which again, points to a real weakness.

There were meaningful primaries well into June. And Bill was basically unopposed by June.
