The Need For Empathy
How would many of you feel if Bush did the same thing?

Q: President Bush, Barack Obama is going to be your succesor. How do you feel about that?

GWB: Now hold on, Senator McCain is still waiting for the election results to be certified, He has been willing to do all of that during the entire process, and people have been trying to push him out of this ever since...

Q: Why?

GWB: I don't know, I don't know. I find it curious, because it is unheard of in history. I don't understand it. And you know, between Senator Obama and his camp and some in the media, there has been this urgency to end this And, you know, historically that makes no sense. So, I find it a bit of a mystery.

Q: You don't buy the national unity argument?

GWB: I don't. Because, you know, Al Gore won the popular vote in 2000, but I wound up President, didn't I. Right? We all remember Bobby Kennedy was assassinated in 1968. You know, I just - I don't understand it, and, you know, there's a lot of speculation about why it is.

1. how would you feel if Obama cited an assassination as the reason to stay in the race against Clinton
Especially the assassination of a young, popular female politician?

34. Hillary didn't say the assassination was a reason to stay in
That's crazy. There are plenty of things to be mad at Hillary about so I don't see why the need to twist what she said beyond recognition.

Even Bush isn't stupid enough to say what Hillary said on Friday.

4. Yes
I don't think he would ever hint John Kerry or Al Gore could be taken care of for him.

He's evil more evil than Hillary however he is dumb like a fox sometimes.

10. It's amazing how they don't think some of the things she's said were wrong. I've thought some things
Obama said were wrong and I've said so, like the comment he made about her "being likeable enough." I called the Obama campaign to ask them to do an apology to Clinton, and Obama did end up apologizing to Clinton for that remark.

11. All that cult talk was projecting
They are really a cult of personality with her at the center. I realized this when they had a fit that Kathy Sebelius was being considered for VP. Another qualified woman being elevated over Hillary made them go crazy. Its about her. Its not about her being a woman or her being a better candidate or her being experienced its about her and only her.

it was.

I do think it's classless to throw a party for every Clinton supporter tombstone.

they just don't want to give us anything at this point. We've been punching each other since January. In private I'm sure most of them are thinking how can she have been so dumb.

31. First of all your post makes no sense, GWB couldn't be that articulate
if he tried..your attempting to justify the behavior of far too many and it just doesn't wash sorry...by the way, I never realized that someone who recites history can be so crucified..you learn something new everyday.
