I am related to a POLITICAL SCIENTIST. Certainly knows more than 99.9% of the posters here..and what I hear from Skinner is eerily similar to the things I hear my uncle saying (btw, his best friend has been on Daily Show, Colbert Report and just about every other Political show you can think of..he's the leading Congreasional Scholar).
I would say based on what I have learned IRL (and I learn my best stuff from phone conversations NOT from this forum) Skinner's analysis is right on target.
What an echo chamber this place has become..NO connection to real world politics...
