The 40% of Hill voters that won't ever vote for a person of color need to be marginalized, not given more power. Their bigotry is a part of the problem and not the solution.

I stand on principle in refusing to embrace or kow tow to those who are still blinded by bigotry.

you're right let's move on. If my side had come out so blatantly with bigotry say Obama had been white I'd be running like the wind from them. I can look and Obama voters and the canddiate himself and say they make me very proud. When folks go on TV and say they base their dislike on something so meningless as shade of skin, they are really saying I lack humanity, Ican see my side and see we don't endorse that.
