ok, this is really bad - titling for Recount the movie

Laura Dern plays Katherine Harris, Kevin spacey has a role.

now, I don't know if what i saw was just a titling done by CNN, or whether this is how the how title is promoted on all advertising.

Rocount is in red and blue. when the O is changed to red, the blue letters spell out c word loud and clear.

big mistake or intentional or am I being too paranaoia. as much as I despise Harris, I despise more using words like this to describe women or the fact that maybe it was meant to be subliminal and not many would notice? not to me, it was blasting out loud.

Just recently I realized how racist the Red Robin commercials are. The black actor in the ad gets punched out by an invisible glass, electrocuted (although mildly) etc.

There would probably be more outcry over stuff like this, but most AMericans channel surf during commercials.

3. good clip but that's not what I mean,

i can't find the official logo/headline type used for it.
maybe it was CNN's version of it.

anyway, I'm sure someone else noticed and may capture a clip.
the word in blue was definitely the C word and it stood out and my jaw hung open. Laura dern and some other guy were bing interviewed (by blitzer i think) and I caught what I thought were some uncomfortable moments from them - maybe they saw what I saw.

anyway, i'm sure it will show up eventually.

I'm thinking it was just another stupid mistake on CNN's part - which they have a truckload a day of - and someone else noted besides me and yanked it.

5. okay, I'm starting to have familiar feelings on 'sexism' and bad words.

am surprised there haven't been too many comments on this thread.

but I just realised, again, it's Katherine Harris, an enemy of most all here, so referencing her to C word is something that may be more easily forgivable.

a scenario similar with Hillary as subject would not be so forgiveable.

that's what I don't like about all this 'sexism' thing being picked off here to conform to certain ideals and parties and ideologies- it too often applies differently to women we 'don't like' - where it passes easily (like the horrible Ann Coulter shit talk that went on here) but the word 'likeable enough' when referred to Hillary is like the biggest mysognist statement of the decade.
