That good looking skinny guy from Maui

5-25-08 - Added DNC Brian Schatz (HI) and DNC Kari Luna (HI) and James Burns (HI)# for Obama

Sunday. May 25, Hawaii Democrats hold their State Convention, followed by a meeting of the State Central Committee, at the Hilton Hawaiian Village Resort in Waikiki, and name their add-on, and also select a new state party chair and vice-chair, both of whom immediately become superdelegates. Obama won the Hawaii Caucuses. Candidates for the Chair position are Annelle Amaral and Brian Schatz. Schatz is a former member of Obama's campaign in Hawaii, and has been endorsed by Obama. Amaral is a Clinton supporter but has committed to voting for Obama at the convention. In addition, Obama has endorsed James Burns, former chief judge of the state Intermediate Court of Appeals, for the add-on position. Update: Obama supporters are also backing Maui teacher Kari Luna for vice chair.

Just SOME growth :)

I'm so tired of shaved heads, and bland clothing, miss the days when people had more "style" - all we see now are corporate approved earth tones and suits.. Those were fun days, and Brotherhood was IN then.. These days there seem to be a bunch of frightened folks walking around shell shocked by the economy and bullshitted by the media into hating the other half of the country..

Like I wrote in my Zen Alaskan adventure fable, my book "The Jesus Bolt", 'If we don't start loving each other - we're all gonna Die..' :)

I think the kids are onto Something, there's a new Age coming, and Obama's part of it.

5. Umm, I think Obama is from Oahu, more specifically Honolulu.
Gosh, it tickles me to say that! He was born in the same city that I was, walked the same streets, went to the same movie theaters :)

Wow Wow Wow.

13. With FL and MI, Hillary needs 192 of 201 remaining SDs to win
She's already hucked (mathematically out), even including Michigan and Florida, but if we do include Michigan and Florida, she still needs 192 of 201 SDs (95%) to win. Nine more SDs for Obama and she won't even have a Michigan and Florida argument.

(not that she ever had one ...)
