After the last 3 primaries, it looks like Obama will need about 18 more delegates
Clinton leads Obama in PR (55 delegates): 50% to 37% http://uk.reuters.com/article/topNews/idUKN1638635020080521
Obama leads Clinton in MT (16 delegates): 52% to 35% http://www.missoulian.com/articles/2008/05/25/news/local/news02.txt
Obama leads Clinton in SD (15 delegates): 46% to 34% http://www.topnews.in/usa/south-dakota-polls-obama-leads-clinton-2445

If those relative percentages hold up, this translates to 44 delegates for Clinton and 42 delegates for Obama.

Obama currently needs 60.5 delegates (by NY Times count) to clinch the nomination.

It would be great if 20 to 25 super delegates would pledge support this week, with the result being that the SD primary would give Obama the victory. I think the campaign would prefer that a primary to put him over the top, rather than the super delegates after the primaries are over.

but the actual numbers will change slightly on Saturday when they finalize the FL and MI delegations.

they will bring in a few supers and it will be won on June 3rd in SD/MT and then the super delegates will flood in big time.

3. I am interested to see what will happen in Puerto Rico
Your poll is about two months old. Obama seems to be doing better among Hispanics now compared to 2 months ago.

6. The PR poll is really old.
The one local poll conducted, taken between March 31 and April 5 by local firm Research & Research, showed Clinton with a 13-point lead over Obama -- 50 percent to 37 percent, with 13 percent still undecided.
