Connecting the dots of Hillary's strategy
Does anyone see the connection between Hillary's RFK assassination comment and her campaign commercial that had images of Osama Bin Laden, The Great Depression, Pearl Harbor, Stalin, explosions and Hurricane Katrina? This isn't an isolated comment or gaffe. Exploiting fears and crisis is her central campaign theme because it plays to her strength as an experienced, familiar leader.

Here's a link to the add for those who forgot.

1. Experienced? What elected office other than Senator from NY has she held?
Familiar is not what we look for when we look for change.

2. Those are obvious contradictions.
It makes it all the more ridiculous that she made her experience and change her two main campaign themes.

3. Fear Uncertainty and Doubt is all she ever had.
Unfortunate.

I'm happy we've all had a chance to see what she is truly made of.

14. Sure. She also served on the Walmart board and helped out Monsanto.
No one should expect to get the Democratic nomination with that kind of history. Republican maybe, but not Democratic.

6. Connections, I've seen a few...
1. Talk about political assassinations and June 1968 early and often.
2. Sniper fire...
3. It's 3 am and your babies are sleeping. Monsters get in the house. Who's answering the phone?
4. Who drinks with the big boys?
5. Latest reference to 1968 assassinations more blatanat than ever: 48 hours later, Liz Trotta.
6. Precious stones and garden flowers posting on DU in support of Hillary. Sweet sweet ladies.

8. There's a constant drumbeat of violence in her campaign.
The drums of war. And political assassinations.

10. extrapolating the dots ?
if...

the past 5 months of the Clinton's non-stop (pardon the pun) campaigning
culminating in the events and rhetoric of the past two weeks
are looked at through one particular lense...

then...

it is no longer impossible to imagine that the events
of the next few weeks will not result in Hillary emulating
Joe Lieberman's actions in 2006.

and the fact that it is no longer IMPOSSIBLE to IMAGINE
is most telling. (and to be fair, Lieberman IS still
the U.S. Senator from CT, he WON, and from the Clinton's
p.o.v. that might matter more than anything else)

only time will tell.
