Ferraro's time has come and gone people claiming to vote McCain if ....
Edited on Mon May-26-08 11:02 PM by greenbriar

she is past being relevant and trying to make herself important again

she should just shut up

people who say they will vote for gramps if their candidate doesn't make it are not part of the democratic party...

I am supporting Obama, but if Clinton wins the nomination I will vote for her

this nation can NOT afford bush's 3rd term or the insaneness of McNasty

1. Geraldine Ferraro is an employee of Fox News.
Let's just leave it at that and skip the insults, shall we?

2. "Hag" doesn't really help the arguement, aside from that comment though you're correct.

4. Watching her implode makes me feel better about supporting Reagan in '84
After witnessing her ridiculous sideshow over the past few months, I can't say I regret it. Yeah, I was young then...

15. Of course!
Like I said, I was just a mere teenager then. Voted for Dukakis in '88.

But I though Mondale was a buffoon running a half-assed campaign. And Ferraro was a flake who was in way over her head. My mind hasn't changed on that, after seeing her make a complete fool of herself in the past few months.

17. Yeah, I'm with ya.
Actually, I've lost respect for a lot of people after their behavior in this primary. It's been enlightening to say the least.

6. I won't use the same language as you
But I think she's way off base and irrelevant, and that disappoints me given that I voted for Fritz and Ferraro back in '84.

The racist nature of her comments neutralize whatever she contributed to having been the first serious female candidate for Vice-President of the U.S.

It's sad to see her flame out in such an undignified manner.

I expected better.

16. we have little chance with voters
that think Obama only got where he is because he is black.

Ferraro plainly stated that she was a voter sharing that sentiment.

i'm not willing to change the whole party to try to get people that think Obama is only where he is because he is black. nice try.

18. ITA. Besides, Bob Barr will siphon off a lot of GOP voters...
I think there will be some Hillary supporters that won't vote for Obama, and some that will even go so far as to do a revenge vote for McCain. These are probably the same people who still support Hillary after her use of assassination as a campaign strategy.

I don't think there's anything we can do to bring these Dem voters around and, frankly, it kind of creeps me out to think that there are Dem voters who would support Hillary after her assassination shout-out to her bigot voters.
