Yes, the primary season is over in a week, and Obama will almost certainly have the necessary amount of delegates, even after any FL/MI compromise scenarios. And yes, Hillary could take that decision to court, and stretch this fight out all summer, to the convention or even beyond.

But she won't. I think sometime soon, probably within days after June 3rd, Bill will start to realize what this is doing to not just Hillary's legacy, but his own. And he will tell her to end it. And this, I believe, will end it for her. Because if Bill becomes against it, I believe many of the "Clinton loyalists" in Hillary's campaign will show that they are, in fact, "Bill loyalists".

Discuss.

1. Actually
I think it will be Hillary telling Bill. I think he's more pissed about this and ready to go scorched earth than she is.

2. I disagree
I think the person who will finally tell Hillary it's time to quit will be Hillary herself.

She's a smart lady. She knows where things sit and in the end what I think she honestly wants is to cross the finish line, nothing more. It's more for the future of women candidates than anything else.

3. Respectfully disagree.
It's plausible, but then why ratcheting up the rhetoric about FL and MI? Why the tough talk and popular vote arguments?

No, I think she has her house of cards crashing down around her, and can't cope with the fact that she blew it.

13. Because she is $20 something odd million in debt
and needs the middle class "outraged white women" (or whatever her "base" is this week) to bail her out.

7. She already KNOWS she lost.. she's hanging around trying to figure out a way
to bump him off, so she can use her "1st Runner-Up" status..

If this were a beauty pageant, she would be the one sending in nudie photos of the winner:rofl:

4. Eventually she will have to get the message..There will soon, be no primaries
Even the most diehard of teams usually do not hang around an empty stadium after the winning team has headed for the airport.... All their protestations for "just one more quarter", will fall on empty seats & the clean up crew..

8. Not Bill.
I think he wants this third term even more than Hillary does - - I believe his desperation is what has helped take her down.

9. I'll believe it when I see it.
I think he's as desperate and as delusional as she is.
